As a participant in The Listening Events, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the narrative of junior doctors' experiences. You'll collaborate with clinicians and University placement students. You can contribute to any aspect or all stages of the project. Your responsibilities could include:

Survey and Questionnaire Administration
Oversee the execution of surveys to identify the key aspects that junior doctors want to emphasise.

Video and Podcast Production
Be the face of change! Host or be part of the panel for the video and podcast, sharing your story and insights.

Storyboarding and Interview Script Development
Collaborate to formulate compelling interview questions, informed by research and surveys. Work closely with both the interviewer and interviewees to create a cohesive storyboard and script.

Distribution and Promotion
Help us spread the word! Promote the videos and podcasts through social media, websites, and professional networks.
